  Hello!
  I was just on the phone with the Customer Service Representative and I find this service to be awful!
  I get the notice in the mail for delivery and the delivery does not arrive.
  I call back and the person answering the phone tells me " your delivery isn't taking place until Monday". When were you going to tell me!
  I am having a very hard time understanding why they can't pick up my empty bottles also!
  I received part of a delivery on 1/3/17 and it was so unexpected.
  I live in a neighborhood where people (some people) will take advantage of packages left unattended.l never know when I will get a delivery!
  The delivery schedule means nothing to this business and I need to take my business elsewhere! This service does not deserve a star, it deserves the finger!!
