  Just FAIR customer service. My husband and I bought an entertainment center a few weeks ago and when it was delivered it was scratched. I must say they were pretty quick in getting us a replacement.-- Not bad.

  They had good salesmanship but unfortunately bad delivery. Things came in scratched and even though they replaced it, the delivery guys came with an unfriendly attitude. Days later I also checked my bedroom chest and noticed another thing was not set properly. Really disappointed.
