  Never again will we order from this place. It's a shame because its great food and right down the street from my grandmothers. Last night, I called to order a delivery. The phone rang for 5 minutes then disconnected. The second time we tried calling the girl that answer was rude and didn't listen to a word I said. I told her several times we were using a coupon and the amount the coupon said. She never corrected me that our menu was out of date. When I asked her to explain the extra ten dollar fees and where they came from she told "taxes" and she could give the delivery guy my receipt for me to look at. When he arrived he took our receipt back to place, and when he came back he said " you're gonna have to call, he's mad that I left the food."
  I'm not sure who "he" is, but we had already paid and that was the most unprofessional response i've ever heard. When your phone girl is an idiot and can't listen the first 5 times, you should take responsibility.
